SkyLaw Hosts Project Management Seminar

SkyLaw recently had the pleasure of hosting a very informative client seminar by Silvana Wasitova, an acclaimed business consultant, efficiency coach and project management specialist from Geneva, Switzerland.

Silvana is an experienced ‘Scrum & Agile’ coach, guiding organizations in Agile adoption and practices to help them achieve faster delivery, better quality, and increased customer satisfaction.  She has extensive experience managing global cross-functional teams and mission critical projects in Fortune 500 corporations that span 12 countries with teams from 8 to 120 people.

‘Scrum’ is an efficient process that is widely-used by companies that favour the Agile development method. The Scrum process is based on iterative and incremental practices that promote adaptive planning, development and delivery.  Scrum, when compared to classic ‘waterfall’ processes, significantly increases productivity, improves the quality of the deliverables, and allows businesses to provide better estimates, be more in control of project schedules and outcomes, and cope better with change.

Silvana helped SkyLaw to understand the importance of consistent communication among the team, strategically setting up project schedules, clarifying top priorities, and having a more rapid and flexible response to change.  These key takeaways will help SkyLaw to work more effectively to better serve our clients.
