I was honoured to be asked to chair the prestigious 10th Annual Western Canadian Securities Forum over two days in Calgary, Alberta.

The conference was a great success. The impressive group of speakers, including the Chair of the Alberta Securities Commission and senior partners from Calgary, Toronto and New York provided their insight into recent developments in securities law, M&A, proxy contests, securities litigation and corporate tax in Canada and the United States.
