SkyLaw Welcomes Student Interns

SkyLaw is pleased to announce the addition of three bright student interns to the SkyLaw team.

Our summer interns will gain hands-on experience with client work and business development and will be attending various networking events alongside the firm, as well as educational programs including our weekly “Lunch & Learn” program.

Brittney Martin

Brittney is a law student currently completing her second year at Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law.  Prior to her legal training, she graduated from an Honours Environment and Business program at the University of Waterloo in 2011.  Her work at SkyLaw this summer will reflect her joint interest in business law and environmental issues.

Carrie White

Carrie is a law student currently studying at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Carrie is originally from the Maritimes and graduated from Mount Allison University in 2010 with an Honours BSc. in Environmental Science.  She continued her environmental Science studies by earning her Masters in Environmental Science from The University of British Columbia Okanagan.

Carrie has always been interested in being engaged with environmental issues and the interaction between the environment and society.  She has participated in multiple research conferences across Canada and is currently the Co-Chair for the Environmental Law Students Society at Dalhousie for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Billy Rosemberg

Billy Rosemberg is an emerging law student who has previously worked for a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, operated his own business and served on his business school’s student association as the Vice President of Finance.   Billy holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, and graduated with Distinction in the Spring of 2012. Billy will be attending the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in the fall.
